Working with the eCommerce Manager, the Performance Marketing Manager will lead and drive continuous improvement across all performance marketing channels. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual with deep expertise and proven track record of driving profitable growth. We also believe that you have a big passion for ecommerce, a high level of customer focus, and experience in transforming marketing performance data into digestible, actionable insights.

Main Responsabilities

  • Establish the performance marketing strategy for customer acquisition and retention for Explorado – setting the strategic direction to deliver a 5-year customer plan and sales growth objectives via paid search, SEO/SEM and affiliates marketing channels
  • Establish media collaborations & partnerships with key platforms: Google, Facebook, TikTok
  • Maintain a strong focus on continual improvement in customer visits growth, customer retention ROAS and ROI – by fostering a culture of on-going optimisation of CPCs, conversion and channel mix across categories
  • Analyzing channel and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities as well as potentials for cost savings.
  • Work closely with analytics and data science teams to build a world-class performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders in overseeing budget setting, periodic reporting and reforecasting and refinement of budgets in line with the business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the acquistion departments to ensure performance marketing activity is tightly aligned with key sales periods
  • Oversee key agency and business partner relationships (eg: paid search agency) – ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
  • Leading and developing our Performance Team, ensuring best-in-class execution across all channels.
  • Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels
  • Oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of CLV, CPA, ROI, and incrementality
  • Innovate and implement test and learn strategies and drive scalable results

Key qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Deep expertise, knowledge and understanding of the full suite of Performance Marketing channels and ecommerce best practices, ideally gained from a high-growth, multi-channel retail business
  • Proven record of managing +3M EUR performance marketing budget to deliver stretching online traffic, conversion, sales and ROAS targets. Commercially focused and results driven.
  • Outstanding analytic capabilities, strong business acumen, and a structured problem-solving approach and mindset
  • Data driven with a strong customer centric approach.
  • Thoughtful leadership skills as well as high drive when working alone.
  • Energy, impact-oriented mind-set, and desire for personal development.
  • Experience using FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Google Data studio,
